Steve Taylor, President and CEO

Steve Taylor joined VCG in 1996 as Vice President. Taylor led VCG, a leading staffing and recruiting software company, through its acquisition by Bond International Software in 2010 and the merger in 2011 of VCG with Bond eEmpACT and Bond Adapt (U.S.). He has more than 20 years' experience in the software industry, with 15 years in various management positions. Previously Taylor worked with Sales Technologies (a Dun & Bradstreet Company) in implementation and customer services roles, and HBOC. He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in management and a minor in computer science.

Dave Williams, Chief Operating Officer

Dave Williams leads the company's overall operations including product management, development and deployment, customer facing services, and the internal and hosted infrastructures. He brings over 25 years of software and services experience leading teams to overall operational and customer excellence. Williams previously led the private equity creation of the electronic commerce company Inovis, serving as the company's President and CEO. Other management positions include Vice President of Customer Services for Harbinger as well as Directorships of Customer Support, Quality Assurance and Process Management and Reengineering at Management Science America. He holds a B.S. in Management Science and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of South Carolina.

Anne Bailey, Chief Financial Officer

Anne Bailey is responsible for all financial reporting and administration management of the company. Prior to joining staffing and recruiting software vendor VCG in 1995, she was Operations & Finance Manager for Multimedia Design Corporation in Charlotte, NC. She also held positions at both Vantage Personnel and Tracy Professionals in the Washington, DC metro area. Bailey graduated cum laude from Roanoke College with a B.B.A.

Tim Giehll, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer

Tim brings 25 years of financial, operational, and technology management experience to Bond International Software, Inc. He has an MBA from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and has an undergraduate degree in Accounting. Tim has held increasingly responsible leadership positions in large companies such as Manpower, Sequent Computer Systems, Control Data Corporation and Supercomputer Systems Inc. He also has experience in startup companies such as Chen Systems Corporation and American Coating Technology, Inc.

Joe Trivisone, Vice President, Sales

Joe Trivisone leads Bond's sales team as the Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Bond, Joe spent 20+ years leading high performance sales teams in the Staffing, Software and Services Spaces. His positions in the Staffing space have included V.P, General Manager, Regional Director and Area Manager. During his tenure in the staffing industry, he was a part of several task teams that included ATS selection, testing, training and change management. This knowledge and experience has enabled Bond to continue with a highly focused and consultative sales approach. Joe holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the State University of NY at New Paltz.

Brenda Silverman, Vice President, Human Resources

Brenda Silverman brings over 20 years of HR experience to BOND as the Vice President of Human Resources. Brenda has led the HR efforts at several technology companies, including VCG between 2004 and 2009, with vast knowledge of high-growth and start-up environments in both small and large companies. She has had significant experience in strategic planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, management development and professional and technical staffing.
