Bond customers took Atlanta by storm at the 2016 Bond User Meeting, October 5-7. The event’s theme, ‘Charting Your Course to the Future’ focused on trends impacting the staffing industry, technology’s role in transforming business processes and maximizing Bond’s solutions.
Customers convened at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center to learn about operational best practices and to hear industry experts discuss current topics including the talent war for millennials. Keynote speaker, Jim Lanzalotto, Senior Vice President of Staffing and Healthcare Sales at Monster Worldwide shared his insight about millennials: “The largest segment of the US workforce, is now millennials. By 2020 they will make up 50% of the workforce…they will not respond to the same recruiting methods that worked for previous generations.”
Bond subject matter experts shared information on ACA regulatory requirements, data security, branding and digital marketing and the technology revolution impacting the staffing industry.

Networking is a crucial part of the User Meeting. Amy Mullet, Owner of Total Staffing Solutions in Cincinnati, OH, said “It was important to me to connect with other Bond users at the meeting; I now have new contacts that I can reach out to if I have an issue or need some input.” Networking opportunities were available throughout the meeting and during activities that included an opening reception overlooking Atlanta’s beautiful skyline at The Skylounge, a trip to the world renowned Georgia Aquarium and an extended Octoberfest celebration at Der Biergarten.
