Bond International Software, the global provider of staffing and recruitment software, is pleased to announce the release of Bond AdaptSuite staffing software version 3.3. The release features powerful enhancements to provide business intelligence reporting and dashboards for management, a new partnership integration with LinkedIn, simplified Affordable Care Act IRS reporting, and more.
Staffing and recruiting firms face an ever-increasing need to develop custom reporting and real-time dashboards to gain better insight into the operations of their business and leverage trends through in-depth analysis of the data in their staffing software. The new Bond AdaptSuite Reporting & Analytics offers a comprehensive, easy-to-use Business Intelligence (BI) solution that allows end-users to build custom reports and dashboards that give them access to the information that is important to them in the format which best suits their business needs. This tool provides flexibility in reporting formatting and style, more options to filter specific results, as well as time saving features in executing reports; such as scheduling and emailing.
Bond is also teaming up with LinkedIn, which operates the world’s largest professional network on the Internet with over 380 million members. The two companies will deliver an enhanced integration that will provide customers of Bond AdaptSuite and LinkedIn Recruiter with a seamless experience and powerful recruitment functionality. The integration streamlines sourcing and candidate management between the two systems, providing a significant increase in efficiency for end users.
Mandated IRS reporting presents special challenges for staffing firms. Now, AdaptSuite has the capability to export relevant Affordable Care Act (ACA) related employee data to prepare and file IRS forms 1095-B, 1094-B, 1095-C and 1094-C. Working in partnership with Greenshades, Bond AdaptSuite staffing software customers will be able to extract files of the relevant ACA data from their AdaptSuite software that can be edited or appended as necessary prior to reporting.
The AdaptSuite 3.3 release also includes support for Gmail as an alternative to MS Outlook, enabling end-users to send and track emails from within AdaptSuite. Additionally, this release adds support for the MS Windows 10 operating system and the Google Chrome Web browser.
Dave Williams, CEO of Bond International Software, Inc. stated that: “AdaptSuite 3.3 has impressive reporting and custom dashboarding functionality from our newly embedded Business Intelligence tool. Additionally, this tool will allow us to greatly expand our data mining capabilities in subsequent releases. Together with the LinkedIn partnership and the critical ACA reporting capabilities, we believe we are continuing to lead the market with powerful game changing tools and technology for our customers.”
